Luggage return 

• Please send back your product  with your invoice (we recommend you keep a copy of your invoice) (please state Refund, Exchange)

• Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

• You must use pre-paid stickers for handbags, wallets, umbrellas, Go Travel. (This is supplied with your delivery) if you do not use this sticker and take it back to the post office, we are not liable to refund your return cost.

• For luggage return, you must email info@cellinilonline.com stating your order number and name, you will then be emailed a label to print off. You will need to stick this on the outer packaging securely and take to the post office, (this is a pre-paid parcel force sticker) please as the post office for a receipt. (If you use your own method of sending back, Cellini Online will not refund your return postage that occurred) as we supply pre-paid stickers.

• Please note our returns and warranty policies do not cover wear and tear, only manufacturing faults. We do not cover airline damage, this needs to be disputed directly with the airline or carrier involved
